Learn2Earn respects the privacy of parents and children. Parents and account holders can request deletion of their Learn2Earn account and associated personal information.
You do not need to reinstall the Learn2Earn app to submit a deletion request.

Please include:
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, government identification, payment-card information, or a child's date of birth.
If you cannot access your original account email, contact us at the same address and explain that you need help verifying your request.

Learn2Earn reviews requests and may require additional steps to verify account ownership or parental authority.
Submitting a request does not immediately delete an account. Account deletion and associated data deletion require verification and processing. We will not represent a deletion as complete until it has been performed and verified.
A verified account deletion request is intended to cover the applicable account and associated personal information, including account identifiers, child learning profiles, progress records, reward-related records, and linked-account information.
Limited records may be retained when legally required or permitted for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, consent-evidence, or recordkeeping purposes, subject to applicable privacy and retention requirements.
Deleting an account means more than suspending or disabling access.
A parent or authorized account holder may request deletion of a linked child's account. Learn2Earn verifies parental or authorized account-holder authority before processing child-account deletion.
Children do not need to provide personal email addresses or birth dates to request help.
